BazarBalkan ("Platform") is an online classifieds platform where individuals and business sellers can post listings and communicate with each other. The Platform is an information society service provider within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Commerce (Official Gazette of RS no. 41/2009, 95/2013, 52/2019).
The Platform is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Disputes arising from sale-and-purchase relationships between users are outside the Platform's responsibility.

Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 15 is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be immediately suspended.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately at info@bazarbalkan.com. The Platform is not liable for damage arising from misuse of an account due to the user's failure to maintain adequate security.
Users bear full responsibility for the listings they publish. It is strictly prohibited to post:
The Platform reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules and to suspend the relevant user account without prior notice.
Copyright in photographs, texts and other content you upload to the Platform remains yours (ZAIPaS). By uploading content to the Platform you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
This licence terminates upon deletion of the listing or closure of your account.
Under the relevant provisions of the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Platform as an information society service provider is not liable for:
The Platform is liable only for damage caused by its own direct fault.
Consumers' right to complain is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act. You may submit complaints via:
Complaints will receive a written response within 8 business days. If the dispute is not resolved, you may contact the Serbian Consumer Protection Committee or the competent court.
The Platform may charge for certain additional services (featured listings, promotion, etc.). The terms for paid services are clearly stated on the purchase screen. Under Article 27 of the Consumer Protection Act: a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content or digital service payments; however, this right cannot be exercised if the service has already been activated with the user's prior informed consent.

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade. In consumer disputes, the mandatory provisions of Serbian consumer law shall apply in any event.
The Platform may update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
